Technical characteristics of the complex : |
Qeshm Almas trade complex has concrete construction with curving framework which is a mixture of concrete core and secondary beams in accordance with 519 and 2800 and concrete ( Aba ) regulations and also national rules of construction. It has international standards such as ACI of the United States. Its constructional calculation is according to new international regulations such as UBC and IBC One of the main characteristic of this building is its round geometry. In other word all of the floors of this complex are made in ramp shape and with 2.8% angle which make it possible to go to other floors without using elevator or stairs.
All of the trade lines of this complex are close to each other and are linked to each other trough a corridor . It is easy to move among floors by using of elevators and electric stairs .
